URGENT PRODUCT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE
Apology Statement We offer our sincere apologies. Certain OCTROT-branded heated sherpa throws and heated blankets, sold on Amazon between August 2021 and December 2025, have been identified by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) to contain severe safety hazards. We are now launching a voluntary global recall for these items. To avoid severe injury or death caused by fire, burns and electric shock, any consumer who owns the affected blankets must stop using the product immediately and unplug it. Do not reconnect it to power, resell it or give it away to others. Full details regarding recall scope, product identification, safety risks, refund procedures and support channels are listed below.

Key Identifier (Controller)
Each blanket is equipped with a white 5-temperature controller. The joint connecting the power cord to the controller features 2 or 4 tiny holes. Any blanket matching this feature is part of the recalled batch.
Recall Application Process
Disconnect power and cease use right away: Unplug the heated blanket and never use it again.
Disable the power cord: Cut the entire power cord completely to render the blanket inoperable and prevent reuse.
Prepare supporting materials: Provide your Amazon order number for this product, the unit price paid upon purchase, clear photos of the blanket itself, the controller and the controller plug.
Dispose of the product safely: After sending your email, please discard the destroyed blanket per local household waste regulations. Our team will follow up with you within 5 business days upon receipt of your email.
